At Carsaa.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Customized or personalized products (if any)

  • Items returned without original packaging


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at support@carsaa.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@carsaa.com.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@carsaa.com within 7 days of delivery.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
